Yes. It’s TSA-compliant as a carry-on
The Tote-A-Tone is very large once packed. I use it as a check-in but never as a carry-on. I love using it for road trips too since it can shape to the stuff you pack around it. I also take it on trips (folded in another suitcase) and then fill it up with shopping at my destination.
