After being 3 weeks waiting for my order then receiving someones else order Im totally done with the childrens place. It was time consuming trying to call them and no email or messages through social media being responded.

I’m with Lili. I placed and order with them 2 weeks ago. So far, they’ve charged me twice, haven’t sent the items, their website shows no tracking information nor record of my order, they don’t answer their customer service line (I waited 38 minutes yesterday before I gave up, and I waited 10 minutes earlier this week), and they also do not respond via Facebook. Read the posts on Facebook right now–people are very upset about whatever nonsense is going on at TCP. I’m so disappointed.
I paid through Paypal, so I was able to call them yesterday and file a dispute. I’ll get refunded in 9 days if TCP doesn’t do their job.

I looked at facebook…about 5,000 negative comments on just their last post (which is over 2 weeks old) of where is my stuff?, I got someone else’s stuff, I’m missing stuff in my order, no one responding to concerns on facebook, emails or phone…so sad to hear one of my favorite companies struggling so bad…what happened Childrens Place?! I wanted to order but no way after reading all that…you’d be lucky to get your order after a few weeks if that.
It takes me a REALLY long time to get my order. I also think that the jeans aren’t good quality. I much rather purchase my kiddos jeans at Target from the Cat and Jack Brand.

I’ve had a totally different experience I always get my stuff sometimes it does take a bit but other than that no issues I ordered a Outfit over the summer and I kept seeing that the label was made but nothing else and I emailed them with the information and voila in the mail a few days later I do agree on jeans I bought them when my boys were smaller and not as rough but now I can’t get away with the cheaper ones for them I buy at Kohl’s but I had several jeans for my little girl last year and they still look new

Last year I bought 5 pairs for jeans for back to school in September. Every pair was ripped in the knees by January and I had to go out and buy new jeans for the remainder of the year. So done with TCP.

Same experience here. I always bought our jeans there but they have seriously declined in quality. My youngest can still wear the “older” hand me downs from my oldest but any of their stuff from the last 2 years has just been trash after just a few months. NO other jeans tear like these do, so it has to be the jeans. It’s such a bummer. Wait for Target to do a great sale b/c they will rival this price and they last so much longer. Hate to poo-poo any deals from H2S, but it’s only a good deal if the quality is reasonable IMO.
