Usually ships sooner than they state & if item ends up out of stock, they email to ask if you want to wait for the item or reimbursement. Most items are exactly as described, I do check the revues & measurements, types of material, inside or outside use, etc. They also have text with extra shipping discounts if you are signed up for it.
