Thank you! I’ve saved so much with raise! My favorite place to score discounted gift cards!
You are welcome, kayti! Glad you love them!
Be careful with raise. I was vacationing and bought 3 $25 gift cards from them for Olive garden. Two worked and the other one didn’t. I was out of the money for over a month. Their customer service stinks. I had to call my CC company to reverse the charges. It all took a month to complete.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us, dee! We sure appreciate your honest feedback!
I’ve had an issue with a card and they fixed it within minutes and gave me a new one!
Same thing has happened to me, but e-mailed them & got a refund within a week. Check the balance of your gift or e-gift cards as soon as you get them. FYI I also always double check the balance right before using them.
ÃŒ won’t use them, I have read too many reviews of people getting scammed, customer service is not very good. I do on line surveys and I buy my gift cards and use them for myself.
I have used Raise for a couple years now. Only had a problem with one card and the issue was fixed the same day. My only complaint is that they are almost always out of my favorite gift cards.!
I have used raise for several years now — only issue I have was one card I bought for Brookstone turned out to be a coupon code and not a gift card as advertised which made it where I could not use the coupon code I had planned on using (coupon codes could not be combined – but gift card and coupon code could) — I contacted raise and they refunded the difference it would have cost me if it had been a gift card and I was able to use my original coupon as well. They did this right away — Customer service was outstanding!!
