Just wanted to hop on here and say that these are the best. A little on the smaller side, but great for my elementary aged kiddo and toddler. They don’t spell as they have a lock on them and they keep the water cold.

I had the same thing happen to me. I was able to order from another Home Depot a little farther away. I received the text that it is ready. Hopefully it is really ready.
I would recommended the stainless steel only. The colored “film” wrapped around mine is half peeled/scratched off after less than a year of use and it’s always been hand washed. Still works so I use it. Never leaks if locked.

These are the best. I do agree that the color does come off of some. Contigo is the only brand I use. They have for hot and cold and water. We used to drive truck cross country and once I found these I never went to anything else. They kept my coffee warm for hours and that’s definitely needed while driving long lonely roads.
You will not be sorry for purchasing this brand. I wish I needed more but I bought about 8 of them for back ups while on the road and still have 6 setting in my closet.

They have an awesome warranty. I had a few replacements sent out for free because of issues I’ve had with a few of mines. I have a large family & own over a dozen of these. We use them daily & they fit perfectly under our Keurig system.
