In the past few years Target has offered a 1-day sale with 50% off Halloween costumes. Any news on whether that is coming up again this year?
They offered 40% Cartwheel offers around this same time last year, $5 off $30 during the last week of September, BOGO 50% a couple of weeks in October, and $5 off $25 just before Halloween. I don’t see a 50% off deal, but they could surprise us this year.
I want some of the ghoulish garden plants but they’ve been out of stock online and in-store for a while now 🙁

Got a Tinkerbell and Ariel for my girls. Costumes are so expensive anymore, so every little bit helps! I was hesitant to wait any longer because then you risk them going out of the stock, or at least out of the size I need.
