DoorDash changed their pay table in September, they used to tip me what they thought was a reasonable amount according to distance driven and wait time to make up the tip I didn’t get from customer. Now they are copying Uber pay model. If customer doesn’t tip, I don’t get paid. Just the base $1-$3 pay. If anyone is wondering about working with DoorDash.
