This thing is the BEST. I bought it after reading the hype here and from someone on instagram. I could not live without it. I do not wash my hair often, but when I do, I’d say my hair is dry in about 10 minutes and I have moderately thick hair. I don’t even use my straight iron anymore.
I wash my hair 3 times a week. Takes me 10 minutes to dry & style from wet. Then, on days when I don’t wash, I use a bit of dry shampoo to absorb excess oil & freshen and then use this on low to freshen my style. My hair is just at shoulder length… Love this!

I am trying this and the 40% is not coming off. I also tried this several days ago with the 20% off cartwheel and went to pick up yesterday thinking that they would take the cartwheel off once i picked up but they said it had to be applied online. I cancelled that order and am now trying again. How do you get the 40% off cartwheel that is loaded to my account to be applied?

Same issue, I finally had figured it out that the cartwheel is only going to apply if you can it pick up at a store and all the stores within 100 miles of me are out of stock so I don’t get the offer online even if I pay for shipping, this offer is only good if you’re lucky enough to have a store that has it on their shelves….stupid

I have fine hair and own this tool. No, it’s not going to add any more volume. This really is meant for hair that needs smoothed and/or straightened.
Agreed. I have fine hair and tried this for volume. I got straighter fine hair that looked stringy. No added volume at all. It works well on my daughters thick wavy hair though.

If you are picking up in store, be careful! I bought online for drive up and quickly realized before leaving the parking lot that my box had been opened. When I checked the product I discovered it was full of someone’s hair. YUCK! I went inside to get another one off the shelf and discovered three more in exactly the same condition, just different color hair.
Make sure yours is sealed, especially if your buying it for a gift! I have one and love it, and was trying to by another for a Christmas gift.

I have thick hair, not stick straight maybe a little wavy. I love this. Give it try. If you don’t like it, return it or gift it. I’m so glad I finally tried it.
I just bought this my daughter and I both tried it and hated it. She has really thick hair I have really thin hair. Both of us had a frizzy mess when done. Returning it tomorrow! Looks like we might be the only ones so far that didn’t care for this Product!

True but I paid 55.00 on Amazon and I’m sure as heck not keeping something that cost much that I’m not going to use. That’s on the store that put it back out on the shelf not the consumer

I own one and don’t love it either. I kept mine because it’s works really well on my daughters hair. I have very curly, fine, hair. I usually have 75% shrinkage. It gets tangled very easily and it’s difficult to get the tool close to my roots because it’s bulky. I use it but still have to use my straightener afterwards. For me the only benefit is not having to hold a brush and blower at the same time but I find I still need to use both hands with this tool anyway. My daughter has bigger curls with less frizzy hair. It looks really nice on her almost like a salon blowout.
None of my local stores have it in stock ☹️ I was really excited about this for my daughter. She has super thick, long hair and I’ve heard this works well.
My stores don’t have it. The most annoying part is that my stores NEVER had it. The teal color isn’t sold in the stores near me, even the Super stores – only the pink one is. If there’s a Cartwheel, then it should be on something that almost all stores carry. Only having it for one of the two colors when some stores don’t even carry that color is REALLY stupid.
All my local Targets we’re out of the teal one, but they let me use the 40% off the pink one when I was in store!

Since it is out of stock in every store…Does anyone know if I can buy it online and ship it to me, then take it to the store to return it and buy it right back using the cartwheel offer? Some stores – like Walmart don’t let you do this.

We purchased recently purchased and used for the first time yesterday, we love it. My daughter has hair to her butt and mine is right under my shoulder. My hair came out nice and smooth but when I use a regular dryer it is frizzy. I would definitely recommend!!
