I have a $10 off of $40 coupon that printed on my receipt. Can this be used if my total is $40 before any coupons and ECB’s? Or does the ECB’s reduce my total under $40 and make this $10/40 coupon void?

After the survey, in tiny print over the pictures of vitamins, is an option to print the coupon. You may also get an email with the coupon to print as well, JC!
