Does anyone know how the Cat and Jack jeans compare to Children’s Place quality? I’ve never had much success with Target’s Cisco brand lasting, but I was considering these if the quality is slightly better.

Hi Ashley. We use to buy The Children’s Place jeans for our boys up until about 4 years ago when the quality seemed to go down hill. We then switched over to Cat and Jack and have been very happy with the quality, style, and fit. No more holes in the knees either that we seemed to get within a couple of months with Children’s Place jeans. Hope this helps! 🙂

The jeans are phenomenal! They wear far better than Children’s Place.

I second that. Cat and Jack is my go to brand of jeans for my kiddos. Its far better quality than The Children’s Place

Yeah we switched to cat and jack awhile ago from cp since they’re quality tanked. Completely recommend. My son is the hardest kid ever on jeans. A few he had been in a long time got a small hole in the knees eventually but if its within the year you can return under the warranty and it’s just a refund so I got new jeans in his next size. Out of 3 different sizes I went through only had 3 get a small hole but I’m talking about a kid who jumps on his knees half the day.

    • Jenny

Wow Target will let you return the worn jeans after a year??? I’ve never heard of that.

      • Molly

The Cat and Jack brand has a 1 year guarantee, but you need to keep your receipt. It’s a great offer if your kiddo is tough on their clothes!

I purchased a cat and jack tee for my toddler this summer and it already got fur on it due to washing. I did not wash it too much also in these few months. Is it normal for their clothing or its one time?

    • Molly

I think it depends on the design. If it was a basic tee that wasn’t washed with things that could rough it up (like items with sequins or jeans, etc.), then yeah, it’s probably a one time thing. The Cat and Jack tee’s I’ve bought have lasted so long I’ve been able to hand them down to other families in good shape. Hope that helps!
