Just FYI the xmas sweater cookies are cute but the shape makes them very fragile. Most will break unless you’re beyond careful.

Roll dough thicker to make the finished cookies not too thin/delicate.

It was pretty good. I am sure homemade would be better but it had a little of that ginger spice taste to it. We ate them and enjoyed them. And agree with above poster that my son loved making them and decorating them – especially the kicking ones!!

My 10 yr old son and his buddies love baking and decorating the Ninjabread cookies every year. It’s a great “boy” Christmas activity!

How does the dough taste? I love gingerbread but hating making it from scratch and have yet to find a good shortcut.

How fun! Thanks for sharing with us, Cchelle! That sounds like something my son would enjoy too!

Thanks for sharing! I went and picked up both on my lunch hour. Perfect activity for my teenager and her boyfriend to do when the weather gets nasty here. Super Cute! I did have to dig in the box for the ninja ones. FYI they were both in the same box on the shelf so dig if you don’t see the one you want:)

You’re welcome, Amy V. Thanks so much for the helpful tip! SO glad you could score both!

Are these in the baking aisle? Or special buys? Or seasonal? I’m bummed that I didn’t know they were out yet–I was at Aldi earlier today.
