Dollar Tree is Expanding Arts & Crafts Supplies In-Store AND Online
You won’t believe the craft supplies we’re finding at Dollar Tree!
Dollar Tree announced in a recent Facebook post that it is expanding its Crafter’s Square department both online and in select stores. The expanded Crafter’s Square collection now includes more of the supplies crafters need and all for just $1 each! We found paints, canvases, wood crafts, stickers, embellishments, and so much more.
To see the latest additions to Dollar Tree’s arts and crafts department, you can shop the collection online now or use the store locator to find a Dollar Tree near you. Just search by your zip code and look for the “Crafter’s Square” icon next to your location to indicate whether it has this expanded arts and crafts section or not.

Paint Brushes, Stencils, and Tools
We found a wide array of paint brushes, fun stencils, palette trays, palette knives, sponge dabbers, and foam rollers with trays and all for just $1!
Canvases
These stretched canvases come in a variety of sizes all for just $1 each. Some of them are even sold in 2- and 3-packs for that price!
Paints
We found a huge assortment of paints at our local Dollar Tree, and there were plenty of familiar names like Prang and Crayola on the shelves. Our location had acrylic paints, tempera paints, chalkboard paints, washable paints, window paint markers, finger paints, and children’s paint palettes.
Wood Crafts
We could not believe the size of Dollar Tree’s new wooden craft assortment! We found items like wooden wall signs, boxes, plaques, storage crates, decorative shapes, wipe-off boards, chalkboards, wooden craft kits for kids, decorative trays, toys, and mini-pallets.
Craft Kits
We discovered so many fun craft kits for kids, many of them featuring licensed characters. There were painting crafts, coloring and activity books, suncatchers, sticker projects, shrink art, DIY ornament kits, and so much more!

Mine had a whole isle of wooden things to paint. It was amazing!! I have a four year old. This will be perfect for Christmas gifts.

Why is it that there are NO DT in the Minneapolis or surrounding areas that have crafters square ?? It’s so irritating to see all this wonderful stuff and not be able to get it unless I buy it by the case which is just ridiculous!! Please give us a crafters square here !!😔😔😔
None of the Crafter Square stores I have been in look like this. The ones I have been in have had limited product.

There are several DT stores near me that have new expanded Crafter’s Square sections, separate from the usual craft and school supply aisles. They have a UTILITY KNIFE SET (à la Xacto knives) with 6 blade styles, a variety of decorative chalkboard tags and clips, chalk writers, metallic markers, craft clamps, cork sheeting for bulletin boards, wooden crafts, letters and numbers in foam and wood, a wide assortment of cute little glass bottles with corks and other craft containers, wood dowels, a variety of paints and adhesives, and I could go on and on.
I have been searching for 8×10 canvases at all the local dollar trees & can’t seem to find any!? Even if i go on DT website they’re not there for me to order!? I need approximately 50 of them. Im using them to make centerpieces for my wedding. How can I get this particular brand at this amazing price? Help!!
Hmm, you could always double check with your store to see if they know when they might have them in stock again. Other places that may be good to check are Walmart or Michaels, although they may be a bit higher in price. It looks like you can also grab various 8×10 canvases in larger packs on Amazon.
