On the fence?! Check out these reviews…

My Wife and I purchased this Air Fryer and received it Sunday. So far we have only used it twice, but so far it is great! We cooked Crab Cakes last night with some tater tots and biscuits this morning for breakfast. Really easy to use and easy to clean. So far we both love it.

Joking aside, this is the best Christmas present I have ever bought myself! Being single I opted for the smaller one and absolutely love it. I ordered the companion accessories based on another review on here and am so glad I did. I have been making egg bites every morning trying different recipes I have dreamt up, like cream cheese and bacon with shredded parmesan cheese on top baked at 380 degrees for 10 minutes. I also love buying all those frozen goodies at Costco like “pigs in a blanket” and mini tacos. Obviously this will be great for parties, but it’s also great just for me.

We have owned the appliance for a little over week now and used it almost every day in some fashion. It cleans up very well and haven’t had anything really difficult to remove yet that a few minutes soaking didn’t resolve. Chicken fries, stromboli and french fries came out much better than just oven baking. It preheats faster than the toaster oven and cooks in less time.

Is this item good? Not sure if it would be a good one to buy. Thank you.

I bought this thing two weeks ago when it was on the treasure truck. I am in love. I haven’t found something yet that doesn’t come out better, quicker, and tastier compared to an oven. I have turned on my oven exactly twice since buying this and that was to cook the frozen pizzas that wouldn’t fit in the air fryer. I have now moved to French bread pizzas that WILL fit in the air fryer because they are so good. It’s even pretty sitting in my counter. It is totally black (you don’t see buttons) unless you power it on, so it looks like a fancy coffee pot. It’s light weight so if you want to move it in and out of a cabinet, it’s easy. Cleaning it is a breeze! The whole thing is dishwasher safe but I haven’t even tried it because nothing sticks to it and I just wash it with my dish brush and some dawn. I use mine on or near my cooktop so I can run the fan if I’m making something stinky, but I love that my house doesn’t smell like I fried something. I also made Korean bbq wings in it!!! For anyone that knows what that means, that’s quite the frying process and it came out beautiful and mess free!!! Now I’m hungry hahaha

No problem! I would love to compare this to the new instant pot that also does air frying!! But I might love this machine a little too much already.

Your welcome! I could (and have) talked all day about this thing. I just looked and I bought it on 10/16. Three people I’ve told have all purchased it and also fell in love. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 young kids) so I do wish the basket was bigger, or I had like 3 of these going at once, but other than that, I have nothing bad to say about it. Even my kids have become air fryer snobs and say “I don’t want bagel bites out of there…I want them from THERE” and points to the air fryer. We call it a magical box. 🙂

Do these come with a book to show you how to use it, or maybe recipes? I bought an air fryer before and NEVER used it. Plus I lost the book during a move. We’re a family of 7, and also wondered if the bigger size would work for us?

Yes! Here is what I found in the details – “Comes with 100 original, delicious & easy recipes for every meals. ”

Yes!!! It comes with a great recipe book! I’ve made quite a few already (all winners!!) and even let the kids help because it was so simple and doesn’t involve massive amounts of hot oil. The food comes out looking just like the pictures. As a family of 5, the larger size is doable, but I have to make multiple batches, especially if it is a larger piece of meat. For example, I did their pork chop recipe and after pounding out the chop, I could only fit two in the basket (they were large though!), so I ended up making three batches. It was okay though because the meat is supposed to rest after you take it out, so I used that as my excuse to not eat it right away…although one kid was bouncing up and down waiting to try it. 🙂

Do you have the larger size?

      • johnniesutterfield-ahrens

And how long does it take to cook something, like the pork chops?

        • cristinimartini

I have the larger size and i cooked the pork chops for the 9 minute pre-set cycle. They were delicious, but I might stop the cooking at about 7.5/8 minutes. I also pounded them too thin I think, so this next time I make them (tomorrow), I will not go so hard on them LOL

Costco is going to have a 6 qt air fryer on sale for $60. I think all of November or maybe only Black Friday? I saw it in the Black Friday ad.
