We got ours last time this deal was posted and used our registry discount as well. I had my baby 9 days ago and I am in love with the owlet! I was a little worried about false alarms scaring me, but we haven’t had a single alarm yet. I wish I had it with my first baby!
Our daughter doesn’t mind it one bit. It’s a very soft fabric, it really is like an open toed sock. We love our owlet, I sleep so much better this time around than I did when we didn’t have anything with my son.
We used the Owlet for nights and the Snuza for the day. The Owlet checks oxygen levels, which in itself is amazing technology that use to only be available at hospitals and doctors offices. We’ve even used it on my 18 month son when he was sick to show us his oxygen levels. Definitely was worth every penny.
We had one with our last baby and I loved it. It was great to have and helped calm my mom nerves. Never had an issue and my baby slept just fine with this on his foot. I highly recommend!
These things sound so great but ive had such a bad experience with ours. They seem to have good reviews but the app that goes with it is terrible. We have had one monitor die on us and the one they sent to replace it still gives us all kinds of false alarms. We get about 2-3 false critical alerts a night so we have given up on using it.
We used ours for 13 months and never had an issue. I’d contact the company if you haven’t already and they’ll make it right! Absolutely loved mine.
Also, make sure the fit is correct, that makes a big difference in false alarms.
I see this listed as $299.99 at Walmart. Where do you see it listed as $199.99?
Darn, it has gone up, Danielle. They were price matching Target’s early Black Friday sale price, but Target went out of stock last night. I guess they noticed that Target was out of stock and bumped their price up again. You will be able to score it for this price again on Black Friday at Target.
Thanks for letting us know – we’ll update the post.
I’m not seeing this in Target’s Black Friday Ad? Maybe I am just overlooking it. Is it really going to be on sale there Black Friday? Thanks for your help!
Hi there! It looks like it was included in their Early Black Friday sale they had on Friday and Saturday. We’ll keep an eye out for if it pops up again!
