I tried that twice and both times got the same coupon!!
A new coupon doesn’t work for me
Me either it sent the same code but my sister will not need it(she has no kids and takes each of her nieces and nephews on a day trip instead of toys) sent it from her phone and gave the code to me and I was able to get this deal😊.
So my Daughter used her code in the store today and when we left we were looking for another item online and noticed the code ( that she had entered earlier ) was still taking off the 25%. So it appears you can use it in store and also online.

Hi Kim – Yes! , I went to my local Target to get a “price adjustment” for the target circle 25% off offer on a already purchased item that I used the 25% off Toy coupon on. It will probably vary by store on how they do this but my store had to “return” the item (without the actual item being present) and I had to repurchase it – they honored my original coupon and added the cartwheel. I ended up getting $29 back. Again, the process will probably vary by store BUT it is possible to snag the extra savings on a previously purchased item. Good luck!

Not sure what I am doing wrong neither worked for me
I’m not sure if this has been mentioned here, and I didn’t even see it located in Targets main page, but in searching for a toy earlier, I saw it came with a buy 2 toys, get 1 free offer. I clicked on the discount and then clicked show other eligible items, and there is a list of 144 results that came up! There’s a ton of Toy Story toys, Transformers, Beyblade, and How to Train Your Dragon toys. Like I said, I never saw that offer listed anywhere, I just stumbled across it. It may have been shared here before, but I thought I should share it anyway. Lowest price item will be free and the promotion ends on 11/23.
