This should work for Seattle. I live there and wear something similar with a scarf. Although this is only water repellent. If you don’t mind seattle rain and getting a lil wet then this would work. Otherwise I will recommend getting a water proof one.
Yes,We live in Seattle and this jacket works.My husband purchased from Eddie Bauer store and I don’t see any difference in quality sold at costco.
My son just got this coat last weekend. It’s very light, very warm, and fits true to size. After looking around, this is a great deal!

I bought this a couple years ago to replace my Land’s End coat and I love it . It is very light but super warm. I walk outside every day most of the winter here in Illinois and it’s always toasty ! It washes really well too .
