  I just spoke with Costco and the representative states their site is down to try in a couple of hours. She was unable to do an order by phone btw.

   I’m no expert in the slightest on MacBooks but this is all my 14 year old wants for Christmas. Is the $699 one decent or should I spend the extra $100 and get the $799 one? Thanks so much!!! 🎄

  I can’t get anything to add to my cart. My hubby is a apple nerd and he says for me to get the $699 one. Not sure why but he knows all things apple.

   I called the 800 number & they said they are aware of the issue & working hard to get it fixed. You cannot order anything over the phone so keep checking the website. Once it’s up and running, you can place your order

  Doesn’t Costco already double the warranty for any purchases made for them? AppleCare is so expensive. I bought it for my first computer. I didn’t for my second and have never needed it.

  Yes get it if it’s in your budget. Chances are nothing will go wrong but it makes it so much easier to get things fixed when it does go wrong.

    Got one! You need to be persistent and have patience, just keep refreshing the page. Each page actually. Until the order goes through! It took us hours 😬 but I just kept watching my phone and pushing refresh.

    I have been on for hours and Costco just emptied my cart and logged me out. I am wondering if it is because others got through and were able to buy what was sitting in my cart since 8 a.m.

    I tried for hours to get the Dyson but kept struggling with the Costco site. So frustrating. I ended up getting one for the same price from amazon.

  You were lucky. I’ve been trying off/on all day to order 2 items. Just tried to order 1 of the items and after entering payment, I got the dreaded unable to process screen. The other item won’t load in my cart. This has been very frustrating. But I want to get a 2-in-1 laptop from Costco as they have a great warranty for the electronics they sell. Very frustrating, but trying my best to be patient.

  I kept hitting refresh when it would move to the next screen and wait patiently for it to spin. It told me I was in a queue twice. We have been trying since 7am!
