  Found under terms and conditions: “does not expire or impose any fees”
  There are also 1000 gift cards for 899 which also have a limit of 3.

  Yes! It can be used for travel on Delta Air Lines Marketed Flights or Delta Vacations Packages that include transportation. Hope that helps!
