I tried ordering the burgundy one over the weekend and it would go through but then several hours later I would get an email from JCP that it was unavailable.

I placed an order through online and it was canceled in a few hours. Then I was able to place for pick up at my local store and I just got the email that my order was ready!!! Thank you so much we needed a new one and you can’t beat the price! 🙂

So sad My order was cancelled yet they have it still in stock online. We really needed a new set. I called JC Penney and they said they are completely sold out and they aren’t issuing rainchecks or discount on another set. Not a happy customer right now.
