these run very small. I returned mine
Thanks for the honest feedback, eemommy!
The one I ordered fits as expected. Wondering if eemommy possibly got one that was sized incorrectly? Or maybe I did? I’m very happy with mine so far, but wondering if I should expect to lose my feathers in a couple of months. 🙂
I bought one last year and loved it. But at the end of the season last year, it started losing feathers. I would be moving my arm and feathers would be floating in the air around me. Now this year it is not as full and warm because half of the feather stuffing is around my small town blowing in the breeze. Lol
Ha ha ha. This cracked me up! I love your writing style! 😃
Awe thanks Jean. Honestly though my family cracks up every time I wear this jacket. They always are like where will mom loss feathers at today !!! You never know what you will be doing when one of those feathers escape. You could be talking to someone and randomly there goes a feather in between you and said person. And then that’s all you can think about while trying to listen to them. You wonder did they see the feather? Are they wondering where the feather came from? Will the feather ever land and quit floating around? Lol😂. I have inspected the jacket there are no holes and no escape routes for these suckers. They just come out somehow. It is bizarre really. And entertaining. But I won’t buy one again. I am almost down to just a shell of a jacket and a trip to the trash can. All of this to say the jacket would be great if it wasn’t for this.
And I meant lose not loss. Sorry typo.
Angie-
I, too, enjoyed reading your review. Plus, you knew the difference between loss vs. lose! Thank you for that!
Even with the shipping code, 32 Degrees website still wanted to charge $15 for standard shipping. Not a deal when the coat is $24.99 and shipping cost is $15 on top of that. Could be because I’m in Alaska? : / Online merchants need to remember Alaska is not a foreign country, and we have one of the largest cargo airports in the world at ANC that includes FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL. Ridiculous.
I feel ya, CS! I lived in Anchorage and “free shipping” never applied! I’m sorry.
I just bought this same coat brand from Costco and took it to D.C and it was amazing. It kept me warm and dry and looked great! The price is perfect too!
Thanks for the review, Melsoca! It sounds great!
Is the Promo code for free shipping only good for the down jackets? I wanted to get some other items, but the free shipping code isn’t working.
