Wondering if this would make an easy Halloween costume for those of us in cold climates…I always have to buy them 2 sizes big to fit over heavy clothing and they still wind up wearing their winter coats over it. Thinking we could throw this on top of the coat. DONE

I tried that and several other promo codes unsuccessfully. They have codes scrolling across the screen and NONE of them would work. I was using a laptop. I read the small print and did what was needed. Sadly no working promo codes.😩
