I have signed in multiple times and allowed and it did not work for me. Do the points show up immediately? It keeps saying link the account and earn $15 at the top.

I’ve never ordered from Zappos before, went thru all the steps creating a log in & linking it…and mine shows 5 VIP points ($.05 cents). Would love to know how some people are getting $15…I needed to order some shoes.

I showed five cents in mine…. but I received an email within a few min saying I had $15 from Zappos. Once I placed something in my cart, the $15 showed up as a discount off of my order. Maybe go through to Zappos again and place something in your cart, check out, and see if it’s there? Because the $15 DID NOT show up in my dashboard, only 5c showed up. Good luck!

I tried repeatedly in both safari and chrome – I am an amazon prime member and I did put something in my cart and went through check out steps – still showed 5 cents. Sent an email to their customer service as chat option is not available. Thanks for the post and happy it’s working for some.

Mine has not shown up yet. However a while back I had an email to get $5 for signing up for VIP. I noticed the $5 credit is in my cart.
It looked like nothing happened on my account but then when I put an item in the cart, the discount was there! ($20 actually, because I had a $5 credit from something else!) Shipping was free too!! Thanks for the great deal!!

I did the multiple sign ins and changing password and signing in again with the Captcha and re-signing in and trying another browser and got .05. I want to unlink my account and cannot get through to a rep. This is a company that has a history of significant data breaches.
I just e-mail them after getting a runaround and no credit asking them to unlink me.
On Amazon, go to Your Account –> Other Programs –> Login with Amazon and you unlink them.

I only got $0.05 for my credit as well. I just chatted with customer service and they stated it can take up to 24 hours to properly post.
Only 5 cents showed at checkout but I emailed customer service as well.
Try the live chat if your points are showing up, i chatted with their customer service via live chat and they were able to add the point to my account manually, hope this helps.

I took the advice of several here and called customer service. I was told that in order to get the $15 credit I’d have to spend $100!!! Completely insane.
It didn’t work for me either so I called customer service and she told me that it could take a full business day to show up.
I just called and they told me that the $15 promo code only worked if your order was over $100 …

Was on the phone with their customer service, which is always awesome and they credited my account the $15. They said they were having some problems with the promotion but were VERY good to help resolve it.
so i didn’t have a Zappos account, make one first, join the VIP its free, than link your amazon account. you should get the free $15. hope this helps someone!

Hi! Mine didn’t show up either, however, it was there at check out.
Mine never did show up and its been two hours since I linked them. I had a pair of shoes I was going to buy and it didn’t show up in the cart. Now I am not even seeing the promotion on their account page anymore. I attempted chatting with a Customer Service rep and never got a reply from them.
I eventually was able to get through with Customer Service and they were able to manually add the coupon to my account. Thanks so much for posting this deal! I adopted a kid for Christmas and she wanted a pair of Vans shoes so I was able to get them for over half price!
After multiple failed attempts I called Zappos and the placed $15 that was applied upon check out. Super easy and super quick if your having trouble!
From Zappos chat, they removed it: “Amber:I am so sorry for all the troubles, they actually pulled that off the website because the terms were not correct. I can add it manually for you to the account to use now, or I can add the rewards points instead if you want to save them for later. What do you prefer?”

I had to call as well. She initially told me it would only apply to orders over $100 but when I questioned it, she honored it and applied to my account!
