Nestle Toll House Releases Edible Funfetti Cookie Dough and Brownie Batter
We can’t wait to dig into this new treat from Nestlé!
For some adventurous eaters, the possibility of getting sick from eating raw dough made with uncooked eggs and flour is a delicious risk worth taking. For the rule-followers among us, Nestlé Toll House has developed the next best thing – two new additions to its line of edible cookie dough!
Nestlé’s new products are designed to taste like raw fudge brownie batter and Funfetti cookie dough. Because they don’t contain any eggs or flour, they’re safe to eat right out of the container. In fact, that’s the only recommended way of eating these products, as the packaging states that they can’t be used for baking.
The Edible Funfetti Cookie Dough has a sugar cookie base mixed with Funfetti pieces, while the Edible Fudge Brownie Batter features the rich, chocolate flavor you would expect. Each of the edible doughs come in a resealable 15-ounce canister. They’re expected to hit the shelves of retailers like Walmart, ShopRite, Hy-Vee, Meijer and others in late January for a suggested retail price of $5.39. Look for them near the cookie dough!
I already can’t wait!!
