So what is it that I’m hearing about no returns during this time of Covid 19? I want to order online but want to return if necessary and not be stuck with an item(s).
They’re extending return times. You will be able to return once things go back to normal.
The no return thing refers to the items that people are stockpiling (toilet paper, paper towels, etc). They are trying to discourage people from buying mass quantities, hence leaving none for others.
Not all the returns are just for what people are stockpiling (those returns will not happen at all) they are pausing returns for the fact that if someone has the virus and brings something to return it then poses a threat to employs and others. Any stores doing so are extending return periods so that people can still return items if needed.
