My daughter is 7 and will ask me what I am wearing so that she can match her clothes to mine. Some daughters love matching with mom! If your daughter didn’t, hey that’s ok, we should all do what works for us, but please don’t make it sound like moms are doing something wrong here because they want to bond with their daughters
My daughters loved to dress like me and each other when they were little and then they hit a certain age where they wanted the opposite…nothing wrong with that. You do your thing and let other people do theirs.
My son tries to match my colors and will go look mommy we match. I think it just depends on the kid.
I’m sorry, but the only ridiculous thing here is your one-sided, no-doubt-about-it, I’m-right-you’re-all-wrong opinion. While it’s your right to state your opinion, it doesn’t change the fact that you’re coming across as really rude. In fact, if you don’t care for mother/daughter dresses, it’s difficult to understand why you even bother commenting. Please re-evaluate why you feel the need to state your opinion so strongly on items you don’t even care for. Forgive me, I’m not trying to offend you, but, it’s sad to see people being defensive for liking a cute trend. Peace!
My daughters like to match each other… and the older one is just about my size now! It’s like Mommy, Mommy, and big sister or little mommy size
That is so sweet! I wish mine still liked to dress alike.
