    I took advantage of a similar sale back in March. My order was cancelled on the store level and have YET to receive my refund (my order was cancelled March 17th). I’ve received FOUR different answers from JCPenney regarding where my refund is and have basically been told I need to wait for stores to re-open to sort things out.

    Proceed with caution readers. It’s an awesome deal but proceed with caution. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare.

      I did the same thing but it was being shipped to store for pickup. It shipped right before all stores closed. Still says in transit to store. Customer service basically told me the same thing I have to wait for stores to open to straighten it out.

      Inhad a different experience with JCPenney last year. The redken deal was posted here, so i ordered online. The day I was gonna pick the 2 Chi silk infusion, I got an email thanking me for picking up the order. I went to the mall, and explained to them that i have not picked up my order, and showed them the email. There was also no record on their part that it was picked up. After calling the manager, a little investigating (i was there for probably 15-20 minutes waiting), they gave me my 2 items and issued me a refund! That was unexpected and a nice outcome.

    I ordered 5 sets of the Biolage on March 16th when it was on sale and received it on April 7th. Also, I ordered some of the Sebastian hair spray on sale on March 24th and received it on April 2nd.

      I just received one part of my order within a week and just received the second part which was Biolage on April 7.

    I had the same experience as others regarding the slow shipping. I ordered 3 Biolage shampoos/deep conditioner sets plus liter Brass off shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask. It came in 4 separate shipments over 3 weeks. The price I paid was excellent so I didn’t mind the delay,

    I wouldn’t order right unless you have a store open or they will deliver. They charged me and said I can pick up when the store opens. Who knows when that will be

    My previous order was also delayed but that wasn’t my biggest problem. 3 out of 4 of my bottles opened in transit and spilled everywhere. Most of the bottles were gone beyond saving. That also behaved with a previous order. I will say JcPenny was good about issuing a refund but it’s a headache and a mess

    I haven’t tried the shampoo deal, but I placed a large order with JCPenney including clothes and towels and it was all received within a week. There were no issues at all with it. I like the store and hope they stay in business.
