I don’t get how they can advertise all shoes for Family are 50% off. When they are excluding toddlers? I just had it out with customer service and I canceled a different order I placed yesterday

Orders are running late due to the fact the we are sheltered in place and everyone is ordering online and not shopping in the stores. Even if I ordered some cute shoes, I have no place to wear them to, I don’t see the problem with the wait while we are all staying at home.

I placed an order March 28. Old Navy advised they cannot give me a time to expect it.
Frustrated with their customer service. I inadvertently ordered 2 of same shirt in a large order and didn’t notice until after I placed online order (my mistake). I literally called within 1/2 hour of placing order and then understandably on hold for 15 mins. The customer service representative said my order was too far along in process to change order even though it was within 45 mins of placing it! I simply wanted to exchange color of duplicate shirt to avoid returning extra shirt. They were only willing to cancel entire order or waive shipping fee on an additional shirt even though I didn’t want a 3rd shirt of same style. So now I will have to return extra shirt even though I know I won’t receive order for another 3 weeks. I understand they are horribly busy with back orders and was trying to help avoid a return. 🙁
