I keep getting the message; The service is unavailable!
Oh darn! Maybe wait a bit and try again. If still having issues, be sure to switch over to a different browser. Hoping this might help!
Thank you!!!!! I have 6 people in my store due to re certify, and it’s awesome that they can save some money on it right now. My certificate doesn’t expire until July, but I went ahead and added the course to my profile anyway. Every little bit helps.
Oh good! You’re welcome, Candace! Glad this is helpful!

The site is just really slow right now. I am able to get it to work using a desktop computer.
Can’t get the food handler site to work for us:(
If you are on a mobile device, try switching to a desktop. It’s working for me, but very slow.
It looks like ServSafe has extended the free offer to May 31st! It also says that as long as you add the course to your account by the new expiration date, you will have up to a year to take it.

That explains why my daughter had a tough time getting in, this class was offered to her culinary class online schooling, she was getting so frustrated! After about 5 hours, she got in and completed it with a 100%!
The link no longer offers the food handler option. Will there be an update?
DARN! Thanks for letting us know. We’ll keep an eye out for if that offer pops up again!
