I just spent 45 minutes looking around on the site went to my cart to checkout and an error message came up saying that I had been inactive for too long so it reset my cart. I never left the computer! Cart was completely empty. They just lost a $100 sell…..so peeved right now and such a waste of time!

When I shop clearance, I load up my cart, and then comb through at the end to make sure I’m not impulse buying just for the price.
