I just don’t understand the whole crown rewards program. It says you earn for every dollar spent (my account says I have 1,343 points.) It also says 300 points =$1 reward. I have placed several orders after earning points and I never get any rewards. It says they will let you know when you have rewards. I never get notified I have rewards to use. My June 1 statement says points: 1,343 and rewards: $0. I can’t find anything that says there is a minimum required before turning into rewards. Not to mention I didn’t get any $2 reward. Apparently this rewards program is one sided – they just keep getting my money and I get nothing in return! Is this normal? Can anyone enlighten me?
