The pieces are detailed and look sharp. The pieces are molded hard plastic and don’t droop or twist. The sizes are impressive. This works as a chess set, but it also works as a really neat collection of action figures. This set will be perfect for all ages!
I bought this last time it was posted for my nephew’s 8th birthday. He absolutely loved it! I made sure to open it before I gifted it since some of the reviews mentioned missing or duplicate pieces and that they didn’t stand up. I had no problems with any of that and was impressed by the quality.
We’ve had the chess board for years love it! Knight does fall over but it’s okay.
