I use this in winter to keep my feet warm & dry. A ski patrol friend told me about it. If your socks/boots are warm, your feet can sweat. For me, that makes my feet freeze up. I put Gold Bond in my socks and it soaks up the sweat. (I know this is kind of gross!) It has changed the amount of time I can be outside — especially skiing — in colder weather.
Oh cool! Thanks so much for the helpful tip! Good to know this has worked so well for your feet when skiing!
