Target has changed their shipping policy and some items (even w/REDCards) only ship with a $35 order.
Part of the reason I originally signed up for the red card was the free shipping without a minimum for many items. Now they have so many things you need a minimum amount for, I find myself buying less at Target. My daughter only liked 3 of the legging styles and I have nothing else I need to order right now. They’ve lost some money from me the past few months due to these changes.
