I did this deal and it worked, after I corrected my mess up. I forgot to check to see if I had any other crest coupons clipped and I did so it took the lowest coupon off which was $2 instead of my $6 off coupon. In the past I didn’t realize this is what was messing up my deals because the Walgreens employees were absolutely no help. They would just either say they didn’t see my coupon or that they had no control over what coupon the register decided to take. This time after getting this same song and dance, I asked the cashier to void the transaction and I went into my Walgreens app and deleted all Crest coupons except the $6 off and got the deal to work. I will try to be mindful of this in the future so that I’m not causing the cashier more work!

Could someone explain to me how to delete a clipped Walgreens coupon?
I figured how to remove the coupons. It can only be done on the Walgreens App. and not on the website.
Walgreens Balance Rewards help desk are SUPER helpful with stuff like this. They can’t refund you cash, but they’ll deposit points in your account that you can use like cash. I’ve had cashiers not apply paper coupons I’ve handed to them, and have also had instances where I was charged the wrong price for items. Always call them! Much easier to figure it out on the phone rather than while you’re at the store with other people in line behind you.
Another option is on the website: After clipping 200 coupons, you will have the option to remove coupons.
