Ugh so much Kellogg’s stuff has dye. Nutrigrain bars made my kid who is dye sensitive go bonkers— sure enough they have artificial dye. Hard pass for us!
There are post EVERYWHERE (instagram, fb, tiktok etc..) about just how bad these are for you. Apparently the harmful ingredients are at epic levels in these.
