My kids loved it! Bonus- it’s not battery operated. I originally bought it for my 7-year-old daughter but it turns out my 5-year-old son also enjoys playing with it. My daughter isn’t into interactive pets but this one she loves! I personally love that there’s not a lot of pieces to it so I don’t have to worry about losing them.
The USB cable is attached to the nest and if the food is missing, you can still feed it by allowing it to “nibble” your finger. Super glad it’s not battery operated! The instructions on how to take care of the Owleez is pretty easy. They loved the changing color of the eyes and were attentive to the sounds it makes too.
My kids loved the flight feature the most. They enjoyed teaching it to fly and it taught them to be patient since it took several tries before it took off. Once it hits something, it stops (which is great, I don’t have to worry about it hurting their fingers). The noise of the spinning is loud but it makes them excited for the potential of flight. I am pleased with this toy and it’s keeping them entertained.

Thank you so much, Stacy! I went on Brickseek and saw that this is in fact at some Walmart’s for $10. I got one! And then ran next door to Aldi’s and found Avocados for a quarter each. It was such a fun outing. And all because H2S posted you shared.

I get so tired of seeing rude comments on here. I quit looking on here as much because it seems people are always saying something ugly.
But- for those of us who are here for the deals, you can still maybe get these at Walmart. They were $10 at mine. I bought one for our Angel Tree. I have one already from getting this for my daughter last year. It’s a great gift, but kinda dangerous lol. My grandpa thought it was going to crash into someone or something lol. We took it outside.
Lord I hate this toy with a passion. Ended up giving it to goodwill after 3 days.
These are online at walmart.com for $10 right now when I looked. Only the white one is marked $10. I purchased two a few weeks ago from Walmart at only $10 a piece.

I bought one a few weeks ago, for $10, at Walmart. Tonight, there was a big Owleez display and they were scanning at $7. It’s insane that they put up a special display and stuck $48-something price tags on it.
