I rarely write reviews (positive or negative) but this things is a WORK. HORSE. It’s super easy to use, easy to clean out, and our (old) carpets look brand new. You can just SEE it working, and it pulls out a shockingly disgusting amount of dirt. I also love the “dry only” feature that serves to pull more moisture out of the carpets after cleaning. There’s no trigger to engage cleaning, just forward motion. Every aspect of this machine is so intuitive. Highly recommend.
