EB DID NOT PRINT
Oh bummer! Sorry to hear that. Thanks so much for your feedback. We did find this deal available at our store. It may vary by region. I have added a note to the post.
Mine either deal ended 10/4 and I lost money since I used ECB and couldn’t return
You can return even if you used an ecb. They usually give you coupons and ecb’s on a gift card and what ever else whether cash or card back via cash or card.
My store will not do this. I wish they would
Not at any CVS near me, they don’t. I have been told the register calculates what you get back and it considers EB a coupon, you do not get that back. I had an issue with one of the Buy $25, get $10 Gift Card (I bought eligable items, but it did not produce the ticket to exchange for gift card). I spent $18 in EB after coupons and to return the 2 items, I would have gotten $3.19. They couldn’t even explain how the amount was determined, just kept saying that is what the system says & NOTHING they can do. This is only one of MANY reasons I am done with CVS as soon as all my EB are used up.
I’ve done a return where I’ve used EB to pay… you get what you pay back (eg tax or w/e isn’t ECB, and then at the end of the receipt the ECB amount that went to that item prints out… so say you bought the babo for $6.99 and used $6 in ECB and paid the $0.99 plus tax in cash- you get $0.99 plus tax back in cash and $6 ECB will print at the bottom of the receipt)… the last return I made was maybe January or February where some clearance items rang up full price and after I had paid all they could do was a return (I used ECB to pay and that’s how it went for me with the ecb at the bottom of the receipt- employees weren’t sure what it would do, but that’s how it went- that’s only the second time I’ve returned something at CVS)… unless something has changed recently
Did this reset if you claimed it last week?
Hi Carling! It seems this offer can vary. Be sure to look for the signage at your store. Hoping you can grab the deal!
It did for me! I did it yesterday.
That’s because deal ended 10/4
Yay! Glad to hear that! Thanks for letting us know you were able to grab it!
Was going to ask the same thing, as I got mine on Saturday.
Deal ended 10/4
Thanks for sharing, Jonida. It seems this one may vary by location.
Has anyone called customer service with any luck? I tried to email, but it seems the email button isn’t working in the app.
UPDATE. I called customer service and was told they do not see the offer in the weekly ad to verify so there is nothing they can do.
The sign at my store says through the 10th. The extrabucks did not print, but I have a wonderful cvs so they simply printed me a $6 extrabuck.
Thanks for taking a moment to comment, Melissa! Happy they could print you your Extra Bucks! 🙌

This info comes from a posting on another couponing site. It was a photo of the sign advertising it at their CVSstore. The sign actually read 10/11–10/24. Speculation was that somehow the signs were sent and posted a week early. I did the deal last week and no ECB printed either and I was upset. I asked the clerk and she said I would get an email. Sure enough I did and they were sent to the card that way. Check your email just in case. Not sure if that helps or not.
Oh interesting. It sure does seem to vary. Thanks for commenting!
Last week ECB printed for me on this deal
I just went after reading your post…thanks! The EB didn’t print for me but I had taken a picture after reading your post and showed it to them. They were able to print the EB for me. The offer was even better for me because late last week I got an email from CVS for a bogo for this toilet paper. So 2 for $.99. Thank you so much for sharing!
You are welcome and I’m glad it all worked out for you, Brenda!
Did not work in myrtle beach sc
I passed on this offer after feeling how rough the paper is.
Haven’t seen this toilet paper in Texas CVS stores. Anyone seen this brand in DFW?
Ask or check- I found this brand in the seasonal aisle (not the paper products aisle)
My store had a big display in the front. EBs printed no issues
It wasn’t advertised in the store but it worked in Michigan
This toilet paper clogged our septic systems within a week. terribly disappointed!
