The possible affected products include Cottonelle Flushable Wipes and Cottonelle GentlePlus Flushable wipes manufactured between February 7, 2020, and September 14, 2020.

I filled the form out 3 days ago and got a response via email with an empty response !! So I’m not sure what they are gonna do. Nothing was said. But both boxes one from Amazon and one from Costco match there return recall 🤷🏻‍♀️I’m gonna take the Costco one back and see what they say this weekend. Amazon won’t do anything lol as always.

I tried phoning them several times and got cut off each time. Then I submitted online and I did get an email back with my submission number but they didn’t say what they were doing to replace the product.

I got the same email with a confirmation that they received my email and gave me a contact number. It lists an 800 number but when you try to call the number it says they are experiencing a high volume of calls and to fill out the form online then hangs up. I was going to check with Costco too to see if they are taking returns.

Just received a second email with a response in it this time, so hopefully all of you receive it soon too.

I filed 2 claims for 2 different lot numbers. 1 email came thru that said I will be getting a prepaid debit card for reimbursement & to throw away the product. The 2nd email was blank & I received 2 of those lol. I’m going to assume the same goes for my 2nd claim.
