Also the women’s. I bought a medium last week, and my normal size is small-medium at Old Navy, but the medium thermal was too tight to be comfortable.
Heads up: the women’s thermal tops are cut small this year. I typically buy a small for extra room but had to buy a large. Store associate said he had to put larger sizes than normal on all the mannequins.
I am the complete opposite this year. I ordered based on reviews and they are HUGE on me. Wish I would have gone with my regular size.
The 20% doesn’t work with everything being 1/2 off 🙁 That was a time consuming disappointment

Thanks so much for posting this. I order 10-20 every year for my husband during this sale to go under his hospital scrubs. It gets so cold while he is working!
Also.. I’ve tried to sign up for the 20% off (using a new email) multiple times and it never comes. Rakuten is 10% back though. 🙂
