Are your groceries always delivered in their reusable bags or are those purchased separately and they put your groceries in them? Thanks
Hi Gina! I live in New York state so typically my orders are delivered in paper bags (plastic grocery bags were banned several years ago here). However, if I add reusable bags for purchase to my order, they will be delivered in those bags instead.
If you do an order pickup instead of delivery and bring your own bags in your vehicle, they’ll package your order in your bags instead of having to repurchase them. I hope that helps!

My mom is in a retirement home and we added her as a family member and now can have all her prescriptions delivered.
Plus when someone is sick, not having to go to the store to have a prescription filled is great.

I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. With Walmart+, will the driver carry the groceries up to the 3rd floor or do I need Home Delivery for this?

Great question, Jean! You have the option to tip at checkout. It will suggest a few different ranges 10% etc. It is up to you how much. I generally tip based on the size of my order and sometimes even take into account the weather or if we’re near a holiday as well. I usually find that the cash I may have earned from a previous purchase, helps offset the tip I’d like to give. Hoping this is helpful! 🤗❤️
I have found that if you do not add a decent tip to the initial order, it is harder to find a delivery driver who will commit to take your order. I usually tip 10-15%, depending on the weight and number if items in my order.

I live about 40 minutes from Walmart so I tend to tip 15% And a bit more depending on weather, Holidays, and if I have a very large order.
I have a ramp for my disabilities, so I take a small wagon to meet them in the driveway when its more than a few bags. We have several stairs living in Hill Country of Texas, our house is raised.
The only issues I’ve had being so far out is a couple of times the driver tried to deliver at 10p.m. and the only access into our community after 5p.m. is if I go let them in.
I let the store know do not come past 8p.m. and that worked.

Yes! You can have your Walmart+ order delivered to a vacation address, as long as Walmart offers delivery service in that area. Just be sure to change the delivery address in your profile before placing your order. 💕
I’ve ordered to a motel room before. They brought it right to my room.
Yes I’m a current Walmart + member and have ordered while at a vacay spot with no issues. You will need to ensure that delivery address is updated to the vacation one. 😊
I think Walmart is the best ,grateful every time I use it . It’s a big plus also being able to order grocery’s for my mother in her 80’s .

My nearest Walmart is a little over half hour away. I ordered some items this winter because we were expecting a blizzard. I rarely order anything online from them. I was shocked that it said it would be delivered to my door like the next day, and no delivery charge. So my question is why pay for it if they do it for free? I’ve ordered a few times since then and some person in their own personal car shows up and leaves it on my doorstep. I am not a plus member!
