I have been waiting for an offer like this. Thank you.

      You are so welcome, April!

How do you know if you got the coupon?. It shows clipped. I picked up the transferred prescription…

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Did you sign in and load it to your account?

      • Amber H

        I did…

The fine print says if it is loaded, you’ll get the $50 off grocery reward loaded to your account after you pick up your prescription.

I did sign in and load the coupon to my husband’s account. He transferred 7 prescriptions. We can see the coupon on his account but got no rewards. He called Kroger today and they said it did not apply if Medicare was used. He does have Medicare but not for drugs. He uses Express Scripts insurance. Now, the coupon is no longer available and there’s no way to see it to verify the terms and conditions. Sounds like they are trying to wiggle out of this offer.

Ah ha. Went back to Kroger and found out it is illegal in TN to pay someone for transferring a prescription. They should have never made this offer which is why they have expired the offer.

I found out today that I can’t get the $50 award because I have UHC. It uses medicare. I got a coupon in mail from Kroger. What a bummer. It’s written real small on the coupon.

        • Daveh

Express Scripts is not insurance. Duh.

I had one of these a couple of months ago. I had it loaded and my husband put in alternative ID when he picked up prescription but it didn’t take. I called Kroger and they fixed it quickly. She put me on hold and she called store pharmacy and credited my account with the 50. At the end of each purchase it asked do you want to use credit. It also said customer credit or something like that end of each receipt until I used it. It seems like you can you use it in increments because until I used it it would say do you want to use your for example 14.49 credit but I keep saying no until I had more than a 50 dollar purchase.

This Is my second time getting this offer and it couldn’t come at a better time.

    • Irene (Hip Sidekick)

Yes! Sounds like perfect timing win win, Rucker!

Can’t find coupon on the site.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

DARN! We aren’t finding it now either. Thanks for the heads up! The post has been expired.

      • DD

Do you still get $50 if you already downloaded the coupon?

  6. Brooke

It’s not cool at all that they discriminate against poor people on this deal. If you use Medicare or Medicaid, you can’t get the coupon.

    • Ron

I agree. And kroger sent me the coupon in the 1st place. I transferred my drugs to them and found out I cant use the coupon. It’s not cool.

My Kroger in Rome, Ga said they never heard of the transfer prescription grocery coupon but then again when I asked the cashier asked someone else who then came up & whispered in her ear something & she then told me they no longer honor this! Customer service had no idea so I transferred 6 prescriptions & also paid for a pharmacy membership for them to treat me like this?
