Girl Scouts Toast Yay Cookies

Toast to the New Year, there are new Girl Scouts cookies coming!

The Girl Scouts recently announced that they will be adding a delicious new cookie to their lineup in 2021! Toast-Yay! cookies will be available next year and are inspired by French toast dipped in icing. The cookies even look like cute little slices of French toast, with the Girl Scouts’ signature trefoil design on top.

When Girl Scout cookie season returns in January, the Toast-Yay! cookies will be offered in select areas alongside returning favorites like Thin Mints, Tagalongs, Samoas, and more. This year, cookie lovers can also choose a gift box option that ships directly to others via the Girls Scouts’ Digital Cookie/Smart Cookie online platforms.

Everyone loves Girl Scout Cookies—but the program is about so much more than cookies. Girls learn about entrepreneurship as they run their own cookie businesses, and they decide how to use their portion of the proceeds for leadership experiences and community projects. When you purchase cookies, you’re helping girls power their Girl Scout experience and you’re supporting female entrepreneurs.

Toast Yay! and other Girl Scout Cookies can be purchased from a Girl Scout near you starting in January. The exact timing and product availability will vary locally, so contact your local council for more information about sale dates and specific cookie availability. To find Girl Scouts selling cookies in your area, visit www.girlscoutcookies.org or use the FREE official Girl Scout Cookie Finder app (iOS or Android).

These are delicious 😋! If you like cinnamon sugar (with a hint of maple), I bet you’ll agree!

Please consider ordering cookies with this link and support my daughter’s Girl Scout troop. Cookies can be ordered now and usually arrive within 7-10 days. Thank you!

Oh cool! Didn’t know we can order via a site! This will make things easier especially during this time. Will order from your daughter

I am a Girl Scout leader in New York and have been looking for the toast Yay’s and lemonades. I will be ordering tonight

Thank you! You can order online for $5 per box of cookies. Shipping for 6-12 boxes is $6.

I am a Girl Scout leader of Cadettes in Central Jersey. We aren’t getting these new ones this year!☹

    • Joanna

Thank you for the clarification. We just had our Girl Scout cookie meeting before Christmas break, and it was clearly stated by our troop leaders no new cookies will be released for 2020.

        Excuse the typo *2021

I’m in NC, and we aren’t getting these cookies this year either. Half of our council are and half aren’t 🙁

      • Mary J

We use Little Brownie Bakers and we got our new cookie, the “Lemon Ups” last year and that is why we aren’t getting this cookie. Hopefully next year we will get a new one!

I have four girls selling cookies. I need to get busy creating their online accounts. I’m curious if they will sell these cookies.. 🤔

    • Carol

If your girls had the chocolate covered s’mores, “Peanut Butter Patties” and “Caramel Delites” then your girls will have Toast-Yea! If your girls sell “Samoas”, “Tagalongs” and “Lemon Ups” then I’m sorry they won’t have Toast-Yea!

In Southern CA they told us we are getting Toast-Yay and also it would be the last year for Smores.

We were able to get these this year in Maryland. They’re AMAZING! I loved them so much that when my Girl Scout Cookie Mom friend posted that she had some left, I bought a few more boxes.

My daughters troop taste tested these prior to cookie season starting. They basically taste like a cookie version of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. There are 2 bakers that make Girl Scout cookies, any council that uses ABC bakers should have them.
More importantly it’s the last year for the S’mores cookie, which is really good! If you love that one you should stock up. They freeze great if you don’t need them right away. I should know as I just found some Thin mints hidden in the back of my freezer.
Here’s my daughter’s link if anyone would like to order from her.

My kiddos as girls scouts and we just got to try these too. They are really good, the maple isn’t overdone which I really like. I know last year there was a shipping discount over 5 boxes, I’m not sure if that’s offered this year. I’ll try to find out and let everyone know. With cookie sales being tricky this year I am hoping they do it again. Stay tuned ☺️

Who came up with selling cookies in January..that’s a direct New Years lose weight violation. Smh…Well, in an effort to support the youth I guess I will have to buy a box or 20. 🤭

  11. Observant Mom

These cookies are soooooo overpriced. Save your money and make your own cookies.

    • Carol

You’re not buying a cookie, you’re supporting leadership and growth opportunities for girls and young women. Hopefully you’ll reconsider and be amazed at what girls can do!
