This is hands down the best value smoker! It is a workhorse for sure! My favorite feature is the sear plate! I love cooking stuff low and slow then finishing with a nice sear. I make EVERYTHING on this thing! and I mean everything! bacon, brisket, pork, even made smoked cinnamon rolls the other day! HIGHLY recommend! the huge cooking surface allows me to make multiple items at the same time and cook for a large family!
This grill goes above and beyond my expectations. It is extremely heavy-duty and is clearly made from good material. The flavor is so much better than propane and is right there with charcoal. I wasn’t sure if I wanted the size smaller or this one and I’m glad I went with this one for more grilling space. Plus, it is nice to have the shelf on the side. All our foods turn out excellent, we’ve make thick cut chicken and pork, and even burgers are amazing smoked. Highly recommend this product to anyone that likes grilling.
