Normally, Mother’s Circus Animal Cookies are sold in the shape of circus animals and topped with frosting and rainbow nonpareils. But lately, Mother’s Circus has been celebrating the holidays with the release of limited batch cookies decked out for Halloween and Christmas, and now they’ve released a special Valentine’s Day edition too!
Rather than traditional animal shapes, Mother’s X’s & O’s Cookies are made to represent hugs and kisses for Valentine’s Day (or tic tac toe pieces, if you’re not feeling particularly romantic this year). The X’s and O’s are covered in sweet pink and white frosting and sprinkled with red and white nonpareils.
These Valentine’s Day-themed cookies are a limited batch, so they won’t be around for long. We found them in the seasonal department of our local Target in giftable heart-shaped boxes for $4.99. You can also get a box of 28 pouches, perfect for individual snacks or Valentine exchanges, for $9.99.
