do you have any idea what i may be doing wrong? when i go to place order, it reads “coupon available”, when i click “get coupon” it takes me to a page that says “coupons are currently unavailable, please try again later” i tried last night and again today and continues to say same thing. any suggestions?

Their app is sometimes super wonky when it comes to mobile coupons. It does that “coupons not available” a lot for me. Sometimes, I can get around it by looking at the coupons page on my app instead of clicking the coupon on the product page. More often than not, I have to load all the coupons on my laptop as their website is a lot better than their app.

As inconvenient as it is on a phone log in through the web browser. The app is just too undependable. It is also possible that you have already used the coupon. You will get that message as well if a coupon has been used. Check in the “redeemed” section. Also make sure that you are actually logged in because you can only clip to a logged in account. The app has a nasty tendency to log you out.
