My ibotta revlon lip cosmetic is only for $2.00. and the eye revlon is for $3.00.

Darn! Ibotta rebates can vary by user, thrifty55. Sorry that yours is not the $3! It still works out to a nice deal with the $2 one, so hopefully you can snag it!

How do I claim the IBOTTA if I shopped online rather than in store?

If you did a store pickup you get a printed receipt and you use that to submit in the Ibotta app. If you did a ship to store you could have gone to the Ibotta app and clicked on Walgreens com and gotten the standard 1% off by ordering through it. If you did this check the email telling you that it is ready for pickup. There will be a bar code in the email for 25% off full priced items. No RRs though. However the 25% off paired with a manufacturers coupon on an expensive item can make a very sweet deal. A ship to home no Ibotta as far as I know. Returns are the answer if a deal didn’t go the way you wanted.
