DARN! It seems this is already gone. Thanks for commenting, Maria!

Bummer! Thanks, Patti!
This isn’t supposed to be for everyone. They teamed up to help black Americans get screened
I love it that H2S is also promoting a health screen that is often overlooked and/or avoided. It is so very important to have colorectal screening done at your doctor’s recommendation. It was scary for me having my first one done, but as I’ve learned from others, it’s not the procedure that is the hard part… it is that darn prep! It was sad that when asked if my family had any colorectal cancer history that I had to tell the doctor, that I didn’t know my family’s colorectal cancer history because no one had gotten their colorectal examined. Happy Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month.
You are right. I had such a hard time getting the prep liquid down. It was horrible for me. If it weren’t for my husband helping me I never would have finished it.
Still down.
This Resource is not for everyone. It says,
“ As our founding sponsor, we will be working together to provide education, complimentary screenings, and financial resources to Black people to help decrease barriers to care, increase access to needed resources, and reduce the stigma around colorectal cancer.”
Please be mindful in what “free” items you decide to get. I wish Hip2Save would have worded this better, it clearly says on the page: Cottonelle knows it can be uncomfortable to discuss “down there” issues. As our founding sponsor, we will be working together to provide education, complimentary screenings, and financial resources to Black people to help decrease barriers to care, increase access to needed resources, and reduce the stigma around colorectal cancer.
The point of their freebie is to draw people to the site. No matter what the race or identity or whatever someone is, its bringing notice to the cancer and for everyone to get checked. They are just bringing awareness to the under diagnosed. A freebie brings traffic and awareness to the site and the cause. It doesnt look like anyone was able to grab the freebie anyway. But i want to thank the commenters bc my ex is a black man and i had no idea that this was a “thing”. Im going to talk to him about getting checked the next time i talk to him. I didnt go to the site first bc it said expired, but had i not read the comments i would not have known what the actual intent was. Thank you
chesca, so glad that it raised your awareness. Such a senseless way to die when we have measures to detect things like this early. Hope your ex listens to you and gets it done.
