Why do Walgreens coupons never show for me?
In the app go to shop/savings at the bottom and then savings then coupons
I always go to the item itself to find applicable coupons linked to it.

Are you logged in? If you are using the app it is glitchy. Tap the icon to make sure you are logged in. Also if you put the items in the cart and are in cart checkout view you will see GET COUPON I’ve found that option helpful when I just can’t seem to find it. Other possibilities are that you have already clipped the coupon or have used the coupon and it doesn’t show because of that.

One of the stores near me had some $3.79 deodorant available for pick-up, so I grabbed two, but unfortunately, somehow the substitute if out of stock button got unchecked. Oh well–I guess I’m out of luck if they go out of stock. I paid $0.40 tax.

Talk to your store manager about it. Chances are when your package arrives the store personnel are not checking it in properly so that it doesn’t trigger the email. I had that problem and the store manager retrained staff.
Ugh, in store it’s only the deodorants for 6.49, buy one get one 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
I don’t have a sense of smell so I’m wondering what scent body wash ya’ all like?
Sandy, personally I find all Axe scents to be pretty pungent, but Apollo is not quite as annoying as the rest. They have a new scent, so I am hoping it is better than the previous versions. Not trying to be negative, JMHO. It seems to be targeted toward younger guys, so I suspect they infuse it with stronger scents in order for it to have more staying power.

I can’t stand musky scents (think Old Spice). I ordered/picked up Phoenix and Total Fresh for hubs and luckily liked both. Both smelled clean and masculine without being overpowering. Phoenix was my favorite.

I was fortunate enough to get two bottles of the body wash, however, my coupon didn’t register and the store said they could do nothing about it. Now I get to wait on hold for an hour to get my $5.99. Sometimes Walgreens is more trouble than it’s worth. What I won’t do to save a dollar. Keep those bargains coming H2S! The body wash deal wash impossible. They won’t even let you get two of the same scent and there wasn’t another one that had store pickup.
So online/ pick order question, hoping someone can help. I had an order and of course items were not in stock. What happens to my digital coupons? Say I were to place another order at another location and they fulfill it complete. If I call customer service will they credit back my account for the digital coupons that I technically never redeemed? Thank you to anyone who responds.
Customer service is great! You will wait a long time on the he phone at certain times,but they will review the account and replace the cpn amount with credit to the act. Good luck.
I had a bad experience. After I placed an online order, the next day I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled, and I did not get my coupon back. I didn’t waste time trying to call customer service though.
Usually, they will credit your account with Walgreens Cash in the amount of the digital coupon you lost. Some readers have reported that customer service has requested them to purchase the items first, then they will reimburse with Walgreens Cash rewards.
Beware and make sure you only buy the ones that show up under qualifying products…I grabbed 2 body washes and checked out and it wasn’t until later that I see that I did not get the $5.99 coupon :(. When I checked, I do see that I did not buy the EXACT one that was shown. GRRRR!!
