      Vicki are you in the app by any chance? It is very fickle. Try switching over to a web browser. Also I have noticed since they updated it that the app seems to adjust quantities when something is out of stock without telling you. Also if it is eligible try ship to store for free. Last possibility you have a code in there that is lowering your total if an item is eligible or coupons because it is $35 after coupons and discounts.

    My order got cancelled online ( probably no stock at the store) but online I can’t order again to another store because it shows I used the coupons. Anyone else get this and will it reset after x number of hours so I can try again? Thanks

      Beth, when you talk to customer service or chat ask them to do a free ship to store and apply a store credit for the coupons you lost. That way you don’t have to keep trying stores and you get a guaranteed deal. I have gotten coupons replaced with Walgreens cash many times in this type of situation. Good luck!

    Walgreens has made it very difficult to navigate their new website, find coupons etc. Can’t get the deal if you have to pick up your products from 2 different stores, etc. Last week I called to let them know I would not be able to pick up within 4 days, which is what they give you before they cancel your order. That was fine, said the manager. We’ll hold it for you. When I got there to pick up on day 5, they had the items still put aside with my name, but they had cancelled the order, the sale prices, coupons, etc, no $5 back with $25 purchase, etc. I pulled out my handy H2S description of what I got, and they eventually used all the sale prices, etc. But this is ridiculous, and way too much hassle. Walgreens is nowhere near me anymore, and I won’t be going out of my way to shop there again.
    AND, their customer service took forever to talk to a few weeks ago, and were rude on top of it.

      You should have been told that you would lose the deal after 72 hours but my guess is that the manager wasn’t trained on that. The software system does that automatically. The coupons disappear because coupon fraud would be rampant if it were possible to make coupons reappear. Manufacturers set those rules not Walgreens. That sounds like a very difficult experience. So sorry.

    out of stock in the stores near me. Some store has 1 and when I changed to 2, no quantity available. so sad, I placed one order which is farther. I don’t know whether they will have 2 for me or they will cancel my order later. have no idea

      I don’t know for sure what will happen but usually you get whatever is in stock with the coupon prorated to cover what was in stock. This is a free ship to store deal in my area so if it gets cancelled call customer service, tell them what happened, have them place the ship to store and apply store credit to make the deal right.

    Is this deal supposed to work in store? I just tried it, and I think the store coupon only applied to one pack, not two.

      Yes, it should work in the store exactly as written. You can call Walgreens customer service if the coupon didn’t apply right. They may be able to credit you back the overpayment.
